Before sending us any repair request, contact our experts to have a first level diagnosis.
If the online diagnostic requires your devices to be repaired or analyzed further, please kindly follow the support procedure described hereunder.
Follow carefully all instructions hereunder to ensure our Technical Team will be able to successfully process your repair request:
- Do not return any accessories
- Leave the battery inside its terminal
- Pack your terminal individually in bubble pack packaging
- Immobilize each terminal inside the cardboard to avoid damages during transport.
- Place a maximum of 10 products per cardboard box
Fill in the following form with your client ID, device information and a description of the breakdown to get your RMA request number.
Print your RMA number and insert it in the cardboard box.
